your primary task will be to create and maintain a supportive work, learning and/or therapeutic environment for children/young people in their workshops and to assist in the provision of a safe and meaningful learning environment both individually and as part of a team, to help young people achieve their potential by strengthening areas where they can develop. The job holder will work as part of the class team to ensure that a warm and supportive educational environment is provided for pupils.

No specific qualifications are required although qualifications related to working with children are valued.
