Full Time Position
(Some weekends on a rota basis)

Camphill School Aberdeen work to create communities in which vulnerable children and adults, many with learning disabilities, can live, learn and work with others in healthy social relationships based on mutual care and respect.
As a Farm Hand you will be required to work as an effective member of the land team helping to assist in the day to day running of Murtle Farm.

The opportunity exists for the right candidate to be involved in working with young people with additional support needs, and to work with the wider CSA community to provide meaningful workplace activities on the farm. Agricultural and tractor experience is required. The ability to work directly with young people with special needs is desirable, however full training and support will be available to the right person.
This is primarily a farm-based role; however, applications are also invited from individuals with experience in provision of care for children / adults with additional support needs.

Working hours: Full-time Monday to Friday, plus some weekends on a rota basis.
