All co-workers including long term self employed, employed, BA students, other students, Foundation Year and volunteers are expected to complete and maintain specific levels of certification in the following disciplines:
First Aid
Manual Handling
Behaviour Support Strategies (BSS)
Where it is appropriate to the area of responsbility in which a co-worker is engagegd, specific individuals will also be expected to maintain certification in the following areas as part of their core training:
Epilepsy Awareness (including drug administration)
Food Safety and Hygiene
Medication Management and Administration
