The following information is to help you decide whether volunteering as a co-worker for Camphill is for you. Please also read the FAQ.

Volunteering as a co-worker...some practicalities

Are you over 18?

In order to work in the School you must be 18 or older on or before the date you will start.

Length of stay

Priority is given to those who come for a year.

The minimum period the School takes volunteers for is 6 months and priority is given to those who wish to come for a year. If you only want to come for 3 months there may be limited vacancies for the School period April to early July. You can apply for these places after Christmas.

Unfortunately we can NOT offer places for Summer work as we have our Summer holiday from July to August.

31st July 2012
26th October 2012
4th January 2013

Please note that those volunteers placed in St Andrew’s Project or Cairnlee will have different entry and holiday dates from the rest of the School.


Are you looking for a Practical Placement?

Please Note: Camphill School Aberdeen will consider practical placements (praktikums) from students enrolled in Higher Education Programmes, for example from a College or University. If you wish to apply, please contact directly, giving information on your area of study and dates of placement required.
